Fortunately, it's sprained...and not broken!
The doctor said to use crutches...I should have brought Avery and Zander (my 2 year old twins) in to meet him! It should be better in a few days, but it seems that "hopping" would be a good theme for me tonight.
Sooo...what would be better than some BLOG Hopping!
