I used a shell stitch for the bodice, and topped it with a little ruffle at the neckline.
The fabric was a bundle of fat quarters from JoAnn's that caught my eye.
It was awfully fun to make something girly...maybe my nieces need some new summer dresses???
whaaat?! this dress is so fantastic! i love it. and i have to say, all of the clothes you made last week were some of my favorites. (i made one pair of adorable short pants for my son). i'm impressed (and thanks for the boy inspiration)! great work=kudos.
